| International Youth Event: “Youth, Family and participation – Pillars of the European Future” |

From 03 - 10 December 2006 the international youth event “Youth, Family and participation – Pillars of the European Future” will take place in Magdeburg. Young people at the age of 18-25 will discuss challenges and visions for young families in the context of the European integration. They will also have the opportunity to exchange their perception of European issues, visions and the reference of all this to their own life during the creative workshops.
With this youth exchange the partner organisations want to participate in the European Youth Campaign for diversity, human rights and participation “all different – all equal” and strengthen the topic of exclusion and limited possibilities for participation of young families in Europe.

| Seminar „Introduction into international youth work, 19 - 26 November 2006 |
Within the scope of the project “Eurocamp” of the Auslandsgesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt the seminar “Introduction into international youth work” will take place from 19 to 26 November in cooperation with the work group EXCHANgE Sachsen-Anhalt in youth educational institution in Schierke/ Harz. | Advanced training of forms and methods of international youth work |
From 06 October 2006 to 8 October 2006 an advanced training programme of forms and methods of international youth work will take place at the Jugendbildungsstätte Peseckendorf of the DPWV. In the download area you will find information about the programme and an application form.

| Day of the international youth work |
On 28 September 2006 the first „Day of the international youth work“ will take place in the “Jugendwerkstatt Bauhof/Franckesche Stiftungen in Halle, Germany. You will find detailed information to this event as well as an application form for workshops and lectures in the flyer (Download Area).

| BUMERANG - A German-Hungarian youth exchange |
EXCHANgE Sachsen-Anhalt is organising the international youth exchange project for rural areas from 21 to 31 July. This project is being implemented in cooperation with the youth initiative Zeddenick and with the support of the local community. | Visit of the Vietnamese delegation 7 to 20 July 2006 |
From 7 to 20 July a Vietnamese delegation will visit Saxony-Anhalt. The 16 participants are working in responsible positions in Vietnamese youth organisations. They want to gather information about youth work and youth structures in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany and Europe.

Preparatory meeting for Europe wide EVS Project |
From 13 to 15 May 2006 the preparatory meeting of the Europa-wide EVS Project "Diversity in Europe – EVS in Network" took place in Barby, Saxony-Anhalt. During this meeting the common EVS Network was prepared, that was applied for at the EU Programme YOUTH on 1 June 2006. Please find further information in Projects / Joint EVS Project.
